E-File Forum

With recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions, questions surrounding electronic file management are abundant. We hope to raise the level of understanding of the following issues.

Open Records Act requests for electronic files and/or email

Recent legal decisions which may impact school systems regarding e-file retention
